Brisket on Jimmy John’s day old bread

Smoked a half brisket, decided to try a sandwich on some day old Jimmy John’s bread (brought back to life with water and oven). Added a little mayo/sweet and spicy sweet baby rays, seasoned tomato and onion. Did not disappoint.
